Job summary

Azurreo is seeking a Recruitment & HR Associate for a fully remote, consultant role based in Syria. The position supports both recruitment and general HR activities across a distributed team, with start expected by late September 2026.

You will work closely with the Global People & Culture Manager to manage end-to-end hiring, onboarding and HR operations. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in HR or recruitment, strong written English, Arabic fluency, and the ability to work across time zones.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment or related role (agency or in-house).
• Organised and self-driven with ability to follow through.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Run vacancies end to end with the team.
• Support day-to-day HR operations for a distributed team.
• Screen applications and source candidates on LinkedIn and other channels.
• Arrange and participate in interviews and keep stakeholders informed.
