Job summary

Assetara Limited is seeking a Remote HR Recruiter & Video Interview Specialist to source candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct first-round video interviews for international roles. You will represent the company on camera and report to top management from a Makati-based remote setup.

You will publish jobs across channels, review resumes, coordinate time zones via email and WhatsApp, and ensure all interviews are recorded for leadership review.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with clear diction and professional on-camera presence.
• Experience in candidate sourcing, screening or virtual assistance is preferred.
• Home office with webcam, microphone, and reliable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates and posting open positions across channels.
• Reviewing resumes provided by the company and inbound applications.
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating across time zones via Email and WhatsApp.
• Conducting 2–3 video interviews per day and recording every interview for leadership.
• Maintaining daily candidate pipelines and reporting to leadership.
