Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources, Operations, Employee Relations, or Office Administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for all new employees.
• Monitor attendance, scheduling and payroll-related support.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employee HR questions.
• Help maintain HR documentation, policies and compliance.
• Support engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Assist with performance documentation and employee follow-up as directed by leadership.
