Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support screening, scheduling, posting jobs and maintaining candidate records from home in the Philippines.

You will manage calendars, coordinate interviews across time zones, respond to inquiries, and edit documents with Canva while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in administrative support, HR coordination, recruiting coordination, or scheduling roles.
• Experience managing complex, multi-calendar interview schedules and logistics (including Zoom/Teams and time zone checks).
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment trackers, or spreadsheets to maintain flawless candidate records.
• Competency in managing inbox routing, data entry, calendar organization, and basic expense report processing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct light candidate screenings via email, chat, or messaging to confirm availability, interest, and qualifications.
• Conduct 5-10 minute phone calls with candidates to complete screening.
• Post and manage job advertisements on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
• Review resumes and identify candidates who meet basic job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Send interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in internal systems or spreadsheets.
