Job summary

Creating Info is seeking an HR Intern to join its IT solutions team in a remote (WFH) setup. You will support recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and people initiatives while developing communication, organizational, and people-management skills.

Qualified students in HRM or Psychology may apply. The role requires at least 800 hours and may include an onsite Christmas activity. Internship offers training, a collaborative atmosphere, and exposure to HR operations.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in HRM or related program.
• Good background in HR facets.
• Interested in recruitment and employee engagement.
• Strong presentations and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and creative.
• Willing to render at least 800 hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities: screening, scheduling, coordination.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes and related documentation.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Maintain and update HR records, trackers, and reports.
• Prepare presentations, announcements, and internal communications.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR department.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
