Job summary

Yempo - Your Employees Offshore is seeking an HR Generalist for a day shift, with work-from-home or office flexibility. You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and policy compliance while leveraging AI and automation to improve processes.

You will coordinate with an Australian-based design and digital consultancy and contribute to accurate employee records, performance reviews, and offboarding in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, People and Culture, or People Operations support.
• Experience supporting employees or teams in an Australian business environment.
• Familiar with AI for administration, automation, or reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities including job advertising and interview coordination.
• Assist with onboarding and system access for new starters.
• Provide general employee and administrative support across the lifecycle.
• Prepare health check reports using AI and automation.
• Support performance and development reviews and policy compliance.
• Prepare and maintain employment records in the HRIS.
• Assist offboarding and maintain data security and confidentiality.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes with technology and AI.
• Collaborate with People and Culture and communicate updates clearly.
