Job summary

Yempo - Your Employees Offshore is seeking an HR Coordinator for a dayshift/midshift role with the option to work from home or from the office. You will join a global HR team handling a broad range of administrative duties across the employee lifecycle and ensure data quality across HR systems.

The role covers onboarding/offboarding, HRIS data integrity, leave tracking, benefits support, performance and salary review coordination, and continuous improvement of people processes within a dynamic

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role such as HR Administrator or HR Coordinator.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and coordinate information flows within the team and with other areas.
• Experience using HR databases and systems, with Employment Hero advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as a super-user for HR systems (Employment Hero, Culture Amp, Greenhouse) and support adoption.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for employees, contractors and temporary staff.
• Maintain HR records and audit data across HRIS and documents.
• Support leave management and ensure compliance with company policy.
• Prepare employment letters and other HR documents.
• Assist with monthly town halls and Canva content.
• Support data integrity and audits of employee records.
