Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced HR generalists to help train AI models on professional document tasks. You will own end-to-end creation and refinement of HR documents, from job descriptions to policy handbooks, across flexible, remote engagements.

This role is fully remote with 5-20 hours per week, starts ASAP, and pays $70 per hour. Strong writing, attention to detail, and experience with spreadsheets and slides are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional.
• Direct ownership of job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated HR documents across core workflows (job descriptions, letters, policies, reviews).
• Evaluate and refine candidate communication, offers, and compensation rationale.
• Maintain headcount and compensation trackers and policy handbooks.
