Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced people operations and HR professional to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own the creation and refinement of job descriptions, offers, HR policies, and performance review templates, delivering high‑quality, error-free materials with strong written communication.

The role offers flexible, remote work (5–20 hours per week) with ASAP start and compensation at $70/hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional.
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine HR-generated documents (job descriptions, offers, policies, performance templates).
• Draft and revise compensation rationale, candidate communications, and handbook materials.
• Maintain clear, professional documents across Word, Sheets, and Slides.
