Job summary

Bold Business is looking for an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive support on policies, compliance, onboarding, and employee records across the organization. The role also oversees performance tracking and various HR initiatives to back people management and operations.

Key duties include policy administration, guideline development, incident investigations, drafting notices to explain, handling onboarding, verifications, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of progressive experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist; BPO experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and disciplinary processes (NTE drafting, pre-investigations).
• Experience tracking performance metrics, scorecards, and attendance data.
• Proficient HRIS data entry and meticulous record-keeping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for HR documentation.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Willingness to work US hours and support 100% remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Policy administration: support HR processes to ensure policy adherence.
• Guideline development: participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
• Incident investigations: conduct pre-investigations to uncover root causes and recommend resolutions.
• Disciplinary action: draft Notices to Explain and assist in the disciplinary process.
• Issue resolution: assist in resolving employee relations challenges and departmental initiatives.
• Employee lifecycle: oversee onboarding for new hires and newly regularized staff.
• Database maintenance: manage accurate, secure employee records and HR databases.
• Verification & queries: assist with pre- and post-employment verifications and COEs.
• Performance support: assist HR Manager with performance management processes.
• Metric tracking: monitor performance metrics, attendance, and HR indicators.
• Documentation & reporting: prepare HR reports and departmental metrics.
• General support: perform other HR projects as needed.
