Job summary

AsiaCruit, Inc. is seeking an HR professional to support employee onboarding and ensure compliance with employment policies. The role coordinates new-hire processes, maintains personnel records, and helps keep HR practices up to date.

The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and detail-oriented, comfortable handling confidential information, and works with employees, hiring teams, and HR colleagues to deliver a smooth onboarding experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in human resources, onboarding, or HR administration.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and employment documentation.
• Knowledge of HR policies, recordkeeping, and compliance requirements.
• Experience using HRIS or ATS software.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities, including document collection and orientation.
• Prepare and review onboarding documents for accuracy.
• Guide new employees through onboarding steps, policies, and systems.
• Track onboarding tasks and required trainings; follow up as needed.
• Maintain confidential employee files in accordance with procedures.
• Assist with employment eligibility verification and required documentation.
• Support HR policy alignment with laws and internal requirements.
• Assist audits by organizing records and supporting documents.
• Answer routine onboarding questions from employees and managers.
• Collaborate with recruiting, payroll, IT, and other teams to ensure readiness of new hires.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows and compliance tracking.
