Job summary

CreatorIQ is seeking a remote HR Coordinator based in Manila to support its global People team. The role requires PST-aligned hours, onboarding and offboarding coordination, contractor administration, and recruiting support for the Philippines-based team. Occasional in-office meetings may be required.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years in HR operations, hands-on experience with HRIS/ATS, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Travel internationally once per year is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in HR operations or related HR role.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and ATS; maintain HR data accurately.
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple processes and deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information with good judgment.
• Clear, professional communication across functions and locations.
• Must align schedule with Pacific Time (PST).
• Willingness to travel internationally at least once per year.
• Experience using AI tools for drafting, researching, and summarizing with data handling in mind.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth start.
• Support offboarding processes with required steps and system updates.
• Administer contractor-related processes and maintain records.
• Provide recruiting coordination support, including interview scheduling and candidate comms.
• Maintain HR data in systems and prepare reports for the People team.
• Provide responsive HR support to Philippines-based team members.
• Coordinate meetings and admin tasks to keep People/Recruiting teams efficient.
• Partner with global HR and recruiting to standardize People processes.
