Job summary

AdminEdge is seeking a Hospice Intake, Scheduling & Authorizations Specialist to join our remote-first team serving U.S. clients on CST hours.

The role focuses on intake management, scheduling across markets, and handling insurance authorizations with accuracy and urgency. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years supporting US-based hospice agencies, strong WellSky/Kinnser proficiency, and excellent coordination with clinical staff and referral sources while maintaining patient confidentiality

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting US-based hospice agencies.
• Strong working knowledge of hospice intake workflows and referral processing.
• Experience using WellSky/Kinnser EMR preferred.
• Excellent English communication and remote collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple administrative responsibilities across locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospice intake, scheduling, and authorizations workflows.
• Verify insurance eligibility and coordinate authorizations.
• Enter and maintain patient information in WellSky/Kinnser.
• Coordinate scheduling across three hospice markets and with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and communicate with providers.
