Job summary

Extenteam is seeking a Support Helpdesk Business Specialist (Ph) in the Philippines for a 100% remote role. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong data-entry and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office, Entrata, and PowerBI.

The role involves analyzing business practices, approving pricing, reviewing and signing leases, and collaborating with regional managers to optimize operations. Weekend availability may be required, with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Ability to navigate data entry systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and review of business practices and complete requests per Operations guidelines.
• Approve and change pricing when appropriate.
• Review applicant files, ensure requirements are met, and sign leases.
• Override screening in instances of false positives or when appropriate.
• Analyze ledger corrections to rent and other items.
• Ensure timely applicant deposit refunds within policy.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management, Entrata Support Group, and other stakeholders.
