ClearDesk, a remote-first company, is hiring a Healthcare Sales Development Representative in the Philippines. You will be the first voice to potential partners, initiating conversations and guiding opportunities from curiosity to collaboration while managing CRM and outreach.

You’ll perform targeted research, cold outreach, and schedule warm meetings for the owner, tracking outcomes and supporting social media or admin tasks. This role offers remote work and alignment with US time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, outreach, or customer service (healthcare experience a plus).
• Strong communicator with purposeful follow-ups and relationship building.
• Highly organized with effective outreach tracking.
• Comfortable using CRMs like Zoho or similar tracking tools.
• Calm under pressure and able to multitask.
• Reliable, proactive, and collaborative in a remote team.
• Willing to work in a US time zone schedule.
• Must have technical setup: webcam, reliable internet, backups.

Responsabilités

• Conduct targeted research to identify high-value referral sources and potential partners in healthcare and related niches.
• Perform outbound cold calls and emails to schedule warm, in-person or virtual meetings for the owner.
• Manage CRM data entry and ensure outreach, follow-ups, and meetings are documented.
• Track referral sources, contacts, and outcomes to measure marketing effectiveness.
• Coordinate email follow-ups with contacts, partners, and leads to maintain engagement and nurture relationships.
• Monitor and update social media presence to support awareness and share relevant content.
• Maintain professional, relationship-focused communication reflecting the company’s mission.
• Adjust outreach strategies based on results and suggest improvements for lead generation.
• Work closely with the owner to align outreach priorities with marketing opportunities.
