Job summary

Ansible Health is seeking a Healthcare IT Support Specialist to guide clinicians and patients through Android tablet usage, Knox configurations, and RPM device data transmission. You will collaborate with engineering to resolve issues and support virtual appointments using Zoom and Athenahealth.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in healthcare tech support, strong English communication, and experience with GitLab/Azure DevOps. Remote role with remote international scope and flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer support role (Technical Support Specialist or Support Engineer).
• Proficiency with Android tablets, Samsung Knox Suite/Knox Manage.
• Experience managing Zoom Meetings and Zoom Phone.
• Familiarity with medical devices (BP monitor, pulse oximeter).
• Knowledge of Athenahealth preferred.
• Experience using issue tracking and remote support tools (GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Understanding of Google Workspace and related tech.
• Strong English communication (C2).
• Strong debugging skills using metrics/logs (Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving and organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reliable internet connectivity and handle end-to-end tech support requests from clinicians or patients.
• Manage and organize project tools (GitLab, Azure DevOps, spreadsheets, trackers, documents).
• Conduct tech calls with non-tech-savvy patients (USA) and guide Android tablet usage.
• Verify RPM device connectivity and data transmission; ensure Zoom appointments run smoothly.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Program Managers to resolve issues; escalate when needed.
• Present notes on technical meetings and maintain end-to-end issue tracking.
• Support clinical team with equipment setup and security policy checks.
• Run analytics queries using Azure CosmosDB or Device Analytics.
