Job summary

Ansible Health is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex programs across clinical, operational, and technology teams. You will thrive in a fast-moving startup, guiding multiple initiatives within scope, on schedule, and within budget while working with marketing, engineering, and clinical operations.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and adapt quickly to a changing role.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; 0–5 years of relevant experience is an advantage but not required.
• Passion for technology and ability to quickly adapt to new digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Interest in healthcare and improving patient outcomes; healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Impact strategy and execution for general operations, clinical operations, and technology initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Work independently on full lifecycle projects across clinical, operational, and technology aspects.
• Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and resources for successful delivery.
• Define scope, objectives, and success criteria with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Establish program governance including risk, issue, and change management.
• Monitor and report progress to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment with stakeholders at all levels.
• Continuously identify and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Facilitate program-related meetings and workshops.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive success and growth opportunities.
• Maintain a continuous improvement mindset to scale operations.
• Anticipate issues, propose solutions, manage dependencies, and improve tools/processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Program Management, and Clinical Operations.
