The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree from a top Philippine university, 0–5 years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome; 0–5 years of relevant work experience is an advantage but not required.
• Demonstrated passion for technology and ability to quickly adapt to new digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Resilient mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Interest in healthcare and improving patient outcomes; healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with critical thinking.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and willingness to learn new software tools.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team, with leadership initiative.

Responsibilities

• Impact strategy and execution for operations, clinical operations, and technology initiatives.
• Work independently on projects through full life cycle, overseeing clinical, operational, and tech aspects.
• Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Establish governance structures, including risk, issue, and change management.
• Monitor progress and report to stakeholders and executives.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify risks and issues and drive mitigation plans.
• Facilitate program-related meetings and workshops.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to drive success and growth opportunities.
