Job summary

Pearl Talent is seeking an Account Executive for a US health and wellness brand. You will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing deals with independent gyms, studios, and wholesale channels.

This is a fully remote role with US-timezone overlap and LATAM/PH flexibility. You will onboard new accounts into the Shopify Wholesale portal, manage CRM, and drive daily activity toward a strong pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales with full-cycle ownership from prospecting through close.
• Experience in Health & Wellness or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
• Firsthand sales experience in CPG and sports supplements (required).

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting: 80 calls, 40 emails, 15 LinkedIn touchpoints daily.
• Qualification & research: identify 20 new prospects and hold 10 qualified conversations daily.
• Presentations & deal close: schedule 2 product presentations per day and negotiate terms.
• Account onboarding & growth: onboard new accounts into Shopify Wholesale and grow relationships.
• Pipeline & CRM management: keep HubSpot CRM accurate and up-to-date.
