Job summary

Merck Healthcare Philippines is seeking a Medical Representative to drive sales within a defined territory. You will engage with doctors and pharmacists, present Merck products and support growth targets through proactive customer interaction.

This role requires field sales experience, strong communication, and solid MS Office skills; minimum 3 years in related roles. You will work under supervision to implement programs, gather feedback, and ensure timely product/service delivery.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience is required.
• Ability to interpret documents and write routine reports.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions and percentages.
• Ability to interpret written and oral instructions.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Generates sales through regular interaction with established customers and by developing new projects.
• Implements sales and planned marketing programs.
• Ensures sales objectives are achieved.
• Acts as front-line liaison with customers regarding product and service delivery.
• Keeps abreast of new products/services and market information.
• Upgrades product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Provides information for forecasting market sales.
