Qualifications

• 1–2 years of demonstrated success in operations, logistics coordination, or a customer-facing service role.
• Empathetic, clear communication with a customer-first approach.
• Strong SOP discipline and attention to detail for repetitive data entry.
• Ability to work self-directed and present data-backed recommendations.
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills for handling multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate returned hardware for damage, missing components, and warranty eligibility.
• Serve as primary liaison between warehouse staff and customers with updates.
• Coordinate multi-device projects from kickoff to execution.
• Manage day-to-day communications with third-party logistics partners.
• Perform daily data entry and reconcile records across portals.
• Audit vendor portals for inventory discrepancies and delays.
• Advise on tailored refresh or replacement options with no sales targets.
• Track fulfillment times and maintain SOPs as operations scale.
