Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable handling collections and following up on overdue payments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn
• Experience in logistics, and/or warehousing operations

Responsibilities

• Issue and distribute invoices
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
• Address customer complaints and questions
• Keep track of accounts receivable and transactions
• Assist with customer account reconciliations
• Support monthly and quarterly audits and clean ups
• Resolve issues or mistakes
• Review debtor lists
• Call customers about overdue bills
• Advise on payment options and methods
• Negotiate suitable payment plans
• Maintain customer payment records
• Prepare financial statements for banks and state credit department
• Write final notice warnings when payments are delinquent
