Staff Domain Inc is seeking a Remote Guest Experience Coordinator to support an Australian hospitality business from the Philippines. You will handle guest inquiries, reservations, and support while delivering exceptional experiences across the guest journey.

The role requires at least 3 years in hospitality, a relevant degree, and MEWS PMS experience. Expect daily communication with guests, coordination with housekeeping and management, and a focus on accuracy and service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hospitality, guest services, reservations, or front office experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Experience using a Property Management System (PMS), with MEWS preferred.
• Experience in hotel, hospitality, or accommodation industry required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for a seamless guest experience.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries, bookings, and admin tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, solution-focused, and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging.
• Provide accurate information on rooms, rates, amenities, policies, and local attractions.
• Handle guest complaints and service recovery.
• Escalate urgent issues to management.
• Issue and manage room access and keys.
• Create, modify, and cancel reservations in the PMS.
• Coordinate pre-arrival outreach and post-stay follow-ups.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
