• 4+ years in growth, SEO, or performance marketing at a B2B SaaS company (PLG or SMB-focused strongly preferred).
• Hands‑on technical SEO with ability to diagnose indexing from data sources.
• Experience running/scaling programmatic SEO (10,000+ pages) and paid campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own organic acquisition strategy across three product domains with clear goals for traffic and signups.
• Lead technical SEO, crawl budgets, index-coverage, and site health across our stack.
• Build CAC/LTV/payback models and drive channel-level capital-allocation decisions.
