Advantage HQ is seeking a Business Operations Project Lead to streamline and scale our fast-paced agency-style environment. You will own operational projects from scoping to delivery, design processes and documentation, and drive cross-functional coordination to unlock greater throughput.

In this fully remote role, you will leverage data, dashboards, and AI-enabled tooling to reduce friction, improve efficiency, and support leadership with clear performance insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in business operations or project management.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong process design and documentation skills.
• Clear communicator with leadership and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational improvement projects from scoping to delivery.
• Map and document core business processes and write SOPs.
• Coordinate across departments to keep projects moving.
• Define and track operational KPIs with dashboards.
• Select and implement tools and automation to speed delivery.
• Use AI to enhance workflow and documentation.
