Job summary

Emapta is seeking an AI and Automation Lead to move intelligent solutions into real-world financial services operations, leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will shape strategy, govern AI initiatives, and collaborate with business leaders across finance, administration, and compliance. The role offers a day-shift, permanent work-from-home arrangement, and opportunities for global impact.

Qualifications

3 to 5+ years delivering AI and automation in business environments.
Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
Experience with APIs, data integration, and Azure services.
Experience designing and evaluating AI agents, including instructions, grounding, testing, and iteration.
Strong ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
Knowledge of privacy, cybersecurity, governance, and change control.
Experience in accounting, professional services, or regulated environments.
Current certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure, or data.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an AI and automation roadmap aligned with business strategy and risk appetite.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map processes and identify high-value opportunities.
Design, build, test, deploy, and support AI agents and integrations using Microsoft tools.
Operationalize AI agents to improve instructions, data sources, and user experience.
Establish governance across tools, environments, data privacy, and lifecycle ownership.
Lead pilots, trainings, and adoption programs; create user guides and documentation.
Track progress and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and value.
