Emapta Global is hiring a Product Owner to lead agile delivery, leverage trusted data, and align cross-functional teams across development stages. The role emphasizes AI-enabled tooling, data governance, and disciplined execution to deliver customer-focused outcomes.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and QA to translate business needs into prioritized requirements, while maintaining structured documentation and clear ownership across projects.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in product management or ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools responsibly, including validating outputs and protecting confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Strong communication and technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flexible and timely product delivery by applying agile methodologies.
• Align stakeholder expectations with project goals and progress to maintain consistency.
• Negotiate and communicate project priorities effectively, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Manage the product backlog precisely, ensuring all items are clearly defined and ready for efficient development.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that enhances productivity and cross-functional synergy among developers, designers, and QA testers.
• Maintain clear data definitions, ownership, and quality controls so teams can make decisions using trusted information.
• Translate business needs into prioritized requirements, workflows, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve the systems and data through which work moves.
• Use AI-assisted analysis and automation responsibly to identify patterns, reduce manual work, and improve decision quality.
• Maintain clear documentation, handoffs, and ownership so work can progress without ambiguity.
