Emapta seeks a Process Automation Engineer to design and build production-ready workflow automations and integrations using n8n and related platforms. You will drive AI-enabled components, ensure secure credentials, and align with engineering standards across global environments.

With 3+ years in automation, you will collaborate with analysts and tech teams, manage API integrations, and contribute reusable patterns to our asset library.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• At least 3 years of experience building workflow automations or integrations with n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate or similar platforms
• Exposure to AI-assisted automation including LLM API calls and document processing is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Design and build workflow automations and integrations using the tower's technology stack, transforming documented process requirements into functional, tested solutions
• Incorporate AI components, including LLM steps, document intelligence, and agentic patterns, in accordance with the AI Tech Lead's designs and standards
• Apply engineering standards for version control, testing, error handling, logging, documentation, and secure credential management
• Deploy automations across client and internal environments and support stabilization, monitoring, and defect resolution
• Maintain runbooks and operational documentation to ensure automations can be supported beyond the original developer
• Collaborate with process specialists and client subject matter experts to confirm requirements, edge cases, and exception-handling scenarios
• Provide effort estimates and technical input during solution development when required
• Complete the tower's defined skills development program and contribute reusable components to the asset library
• Develop feasibility spikes and proof-of-concept automations during discovery and pursuit phases
• Prepare effort estimates for proposed automation scopes
• Perform other duties assigned by authorized company representatives
