Responsibilities

• Build, launch, manage, and optimize lead-generation campaigns through Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
• Develop campaign structures aligned with ICP, offer, funnel stage, and business objectives.
• Test audiences, creatives, hooks, messaging, offers, and CTAs.
• Manage budgets and allocate spend across tests.
• Monitor performance and identify underperforming campaigns or audiences.
• Build and manage retargeting campaigns across relevant audiences.
• QA the entire funnel before campaigns go live.
• Map the funnel from ad to calendar and nurture stages.
• Identify friction points and messaging inconsistencies across the funnel.
• Review landing pages to ensure clarity and correct messaging.
• Assist lead qualification and nurture workflows in CRM.
