Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience running paid ads and lead generation campaigns.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, conversion optimization, and lead nurturing.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing tools.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, copy, targeting, and budgets to improve CPL and lead quality.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Build, manage, and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels (ads landing pages lead capture nurturing).
• Improve landing pages and conversion rates.
• Implement A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Track funnel performance and identify drop-off points and opportunities for improvement.
• Create and manage email newsletters and automated email sequences to nurture leads.
• Segment audiences and personalize messaging to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Maintain email list hygiene and ensure compliance with email marketing best practices.
• Track and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, and CRM systems.
• Prepare regular performance reports focused on lead volume, lead quality, and ROI.
• Use data insights to guide marketing decisions and strategy improvements.
