Job summary

AS White Global is seeking a driven Performance Executive to support campaign planning, execution, and optimisation across key accounts from Manila. You will manage performance campaigns on Google Ads and Meta, deliver data-driven insights, and optimise across targeting, bidding, and formats while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role offers a flexible work setup with Australian hours (6:00am–3:00pm PHT) and onsite on day 1, plus comprehensive medical care for you and your family,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Strong Google Ads experience, including paid search and campaign optimisation.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and understanding of display and video campaigns.
• Knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and experience using data to inform campaign decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain campaign performance and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively across integrated teams and contribute to shared campaign objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, manage, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms, ensuring activity is aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities, and implement data-driven optimisations across targeting, creative, formats, bidding, and other settings to improve ROI.
• Plan and execute testing and experimentation to generate scalable learnings, while exploring emerging performance channels, tools, and approaches.
• Use strong knowledge of performance platforms to troubleshoot campaign issues, improve delivery, and ensure campaigns are set up and managed effectively.
• Deliver timely weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and performance reports with clear insights, recommendations, and outcomes.
• Manage workloads, timelines, and deliverables, addressing bottlenecks and maintaining high delivery standards.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Planning, Investment, Data, Creative, and other teams to integrate performance activity with broader marketing initiatives.
• Develop understanding of client goals and industry context; communicate performance, opportunities, and issues clearly; support the Performance Manager in client relationships.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve digital marketing performance and identify opportunities to expand services.
