The Role

We're looking for a Google Performance Specialist who is data-curious, commercially minded and ready to grow their career in performance marketing. You'll work closely with senior performance specialists while taking ownership of your own portfolio of campaigns. You'll be responsible for managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping/PMax, Display and YouTube.

What We're Looking For

• Good understanding of performance marketing and conversion metrics
• Strong attention to detail and budget management
• Curious, proactive and highly coachable
• Comfortable taking ownership and working in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus: Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Bing or other paid media platforms.
