Job summary

AS White Global is seeking a driven Performance Executive in Manila to support planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms. You will drive data-driven optimizations and deliver insights to improve client outcomes.

Role requires 2–3 years in performance marketing with strong Google Ads experience and analytics proficiency. You will collaborate with Strategy, Planning, Data, and Creative teams and participate in a remote-friendly setup with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in performance marketing.
Strong Google Ads experience including paid search and optimization.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and display/video campaigns.
Knowledge of Google Analytics and data-driven decision making.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actions.
Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

Develop, launch, manage, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations to improve ROI and efficiency.
Plan and execute testing to generate scalable learnings and explore new channels.
Troubleshoot issues, improve delivery, and ensure proper setup across campaigns.
Deliver timely performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Work with Strategy, Planning, Investment, Data, and Creative teams to integrate activity with broader marketing goals.
Provide actionable recommendations to improve digital marketing performance and grow account value.
