Job summary

AS White Global is seeking a driven Performance Executive to support campaign planning, execution, and optimisation across key accounts. You will drive data-driven decisions and ROI through hands-on management of Google Ads and Meta campaigns from our Manila-based setup with Australian hours.

You will collaborate with strategy, planning and investment teams, deliver insight-driven reports, and nurture strong client relationships to drive growth and satisfaction across APAC and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in Performance Marketing or PPC.
• Strong Google Ads and Meta Ads management experience.
• Familiar with analytics platforms and data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms, maximise ROI and KPI.
• Collaborate with strategy, planning, and investment teams to ensure seamless integration within the broader marketing ecosystem.
• Proactively optimise campaign performance through proactive monitoring, advanced testing, experimentation, and continuous review, ensuring strong, consistent results and maximised ROI.
• Apply advanced platform expertise to analyse and troubleshoot campaigns, develop scalable testing frameworks, and explore emerging channels and tools to drive continuous performance improvement and client growth.
• Deliver timely, insight-driven reporting that transforms data into clear strategic recommendations, while enhancing storytelling and reporting formats to highlight the impact of performance activity.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding their goals and challenges, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations, communicating proactively, and identifying opportunities to drive account growth and satisfaction.
• Oversee project timelines and task completion, proactively addressing bottlenecks while balancing workloads and resources to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery.
