What You'll Do
- Develop, launch, manage, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms, ensuring activity is aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities, and implement data‑driven optimizations across targeting, creative, formats, bidding, and other campaign settings to improve ROI and efficiency.
- Plan and execute testing and experimentation to generate scalable learnings, while exploring emerging performance channels, tools, and approaches.
- Use strong knowledge of performance platforms to troubleshoot campaign issues, improve delivery, and ensure campaigns are set up and managed effectively.
- Deliver timely weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and performance reports, turning campaign data into clear insights, recommendations, and business outcomes.
- Manage individual workloads, project timelines, and deliverables, proactively addressing bottlenecks and maintaining high delivery standards.
- Work closely with Strategy, Planning, Investment, Data, Creative, and other teams to ensure performance activity is integrated with broader marketing initiatives.
- Develop an understanding of client goals, challenges, and industry context; communicate campaign performance, opportunities, and issues clearly; and support the Performance Manager in maintaining strong client relationships.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve digital marketing performance and identify opportunities to expand services, increase account value, and support client retention.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing, with hands‑on experience managing and optimising digital campaigns.
- Strong Google Ads experience, including paid search and a solid understanding of campaign optimisation.
- Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and an understanding of display and video campaigns.
- Knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and experience using data to inform campaign decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify performance trends and translate data into actions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain campaign performance and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively across integrated teams and contribute to shared campaign objectives.
- Proactive and accountable approach, with the initiative to identify opportunities, improve processes, and take ownership of campaign delivery.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:00am–3:00pm PHT) with a fully remote setup. (Onsite on day 1)
