Job summary

GrowthAssistant is hiring a Retail & Wholesale Operations Coordinator (PH & LATAM) to support wholesale activity for a luxury cookware and home goods brand. You will manage retailer assets, data, and promotional calendars across ~30 accounts, coordinating with the Business Development team in a fast-growing, fully remote environment.

You’ll leverage Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and AI tools to streamline operations, improve accuracy, and scale processes across international markets.

Qualifications

• Wholesale or Retail Operations experience (2–4+ years) in B2B or physical goods.
• Exceptional data management and pricing accuracy for large datasets.
• Strong organization with ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Excellent written communication and proactive collaboration with partners.
• Willingness to improve processes using AI tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day wholesale operations across Luxury, Specialty, QVC, and other retail partners across ~30 accounts.
• Coordinate retailer assets, product specs, quotes, and documentation; manage asset repositories.
• Maintain promotional calendars; track pricing, discounts, and margins; build data models in spreadsheets.
• Communicate with retail partners on setup, promotions, assets, and escalations; capture follow-up notes.
• Identify repetitive workflows and propose automation to scale operations.
