Job summary

AbroadWorks is seeking an Operations Manager for a fully remote role based in the Philippines. The position focuses on leading day-to-day operations across DTC, Amazon, and TikTok Shop channels, ensuring timely fulfillment and inventory readiness, while collaborating with wholesale, retail, and logistics partners.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in CPG operations, strong leadership, analytical skills, and a track record of building scalable processes and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Operations Management, preferably within the CPG industry.
• Strong Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operations and ecommerce fulfillment know-how.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central operations.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop operations and marketplace management.
• Experience supporting wholesale food service and retail distribution channels.
• Strong inventory planning, supply chain, and logistics coordination.
• Ability to oversee cross-functional operations across sales, fulfillment, customer service, and vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities across multiple sales channels.
• Coordinate operations for DTC, Amazon, and TikTok Shop sales.
• Support wholesale food service and retail operations, ensuring timely fulfillment and inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing, forecasting, and replenishment.
• Work closely with 3PL providers, warehouses, and suppliers.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and maintain operational workflows and SOPs.
• Coordinate with customer service, marketing, sales, and finance teams.
