Job summary

Laminar Group is seeking a Meticulous Accounting Specialist to strengthen the financial backbone of a fast-growing, multi-entity business. You will ensure accurate, consistent accounting across borders and lead month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting with international best practices.

The role is hands-on, requires ownership, and collaboration with external accountants, auditors, and the wider Finance Team to enable scalable growth across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting across multiple entities or international business.
• Ability to apply international accounting best practices, not just one country's GAAP.
• Strong Excel skills and Power Query experience.
• Experience with reconciliations, financial data, and controls.
• Attention to detail and ownership, with proactive problem-solving.
• English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-entity accounting including month-end close, reconciliations and reporting.
• Apply international best practices across entities, rather than a purely local approach.
• Strengthen controls and intercompany reconciliations.
• Improve systems and workflows using Excel and Power Query to consolidate data.
• Collaborate with external accountants, auditors and internal stakeholders for clear reporting.
