Job summary

ShopFully, a multinational in retail media, is seeking a Manager, Global Accounting to lead month-end close, financial reporting, and consolidation across entities. You will supervise the accounting team, ensure IFRS compliance, and partner with global functions to support growth and integration efforts.

You will drive process improvements, own intercompany accounting, and collaborate across time zones in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 1–2+ years of people leadership experience.
• CPA (or equivalent international accounting designation) preferred.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and multi-entity consolidation experience.
• Experience leading month-end close, reporting, and consolidation across entities.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Supervise accounting team across Balance Sheet and P&L.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and documentation.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and internal controls.
• Coordinate statutory reporting and audits across entities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.
