Job summary

Safeguard Global is seeking a Manager - Accounting & Entity Management to oversee a portfolio of global clients from a Technical Accounting & Service delivery perspective. You will coach teams, ensure timely delivery of contracted tasks, and optimize processes across client engagements while aligning with company goals.

Role requires strong accounting knowledge, leadership experience, and the ability to drive performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operations experience, preferably experience in accounting services.
• 2+ years experience as supervisor or team leader
• In-depth knowledge of building efficient business processes and team performance metrics.
• Demonstrated record of experience in planning and managing at both a strategic and operational level using metrics to measure success and determine required resources.
• Demonstrated track record of growing internal talent and preparing people for new and expanded responsibilities.
• Knowledge of team organization changes and its impact on performance.
• In-depth knowledge of Accounting Principles and of services, concepts, tools, and processes for identifying process improvements.
• Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to resolve misunderstandings and errors diplomatically.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching to team members and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure the team delivers the scope of work effectively while delivering exceptional service to existing customers.
• Allocate resources to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Deliver relevant Accounting and Entity management contracted tasks.
• Document procedures and processes at process, client, and country levels.
• Maintain client satisfaction within the portfolio and manage escalations through to resolution.
• Contribute to ongoing development of the AEM Service Portfolio and oversee AEM Profit & Loss.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand processes and provide insights.
