Job summary

AS White Global in Manila is seeking a Student Support Officer to guide students through their learning journey and ensure a positive experience. You will conduct virtual onboarding, monitor progress, and help students navigate the LMS.

This role requires collaboration with teams in the Philippines and Australia, using Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup once a month. A Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Experience leading teams and delivering high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM data management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and urgent tasks.
• Process-driven with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Self-motivated team player who takes ownership and proactively anticipates needs.
• Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer and student support.

Responsibilities

• Support students throughout their end-to-end learning journey, providing guidance and encouragement along the way.
• Conduct virtual onboarding and progress check-ins via Zoom.
• Help students confidently navigate the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Set clear, actionable goals and keep students accountable to achieve them.
• Identify students who may be at risk of falling behind and provide proactive support.
• Provide basic technical troubleshooting when needed — IT experience is a plus.
