Job summary

GOLDEN ABC, INCORPORATED is seeking an E-Commerce Accounts Specialist to manage day-to-day marketplace execution for assigned brands. You will collaborate with the E-Commerce Account Manager to achieve net sales and platform KPIs, monitor campaigns, and coordinate with internal and external partners to stay competitive at the point of purchase.

You will analyze daily sales, support forecasts, and ensure timely fulfillment while maintaining strong partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years in e-commerce operations, marketplace account management, or related analytics.
• Fresh grads with strong internship experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily sales checks across marketplace accounts.
• Build and track a joint plan with platform partners to hit targets.
• Coordinate affiliate and live-selling scheduling and day-to-day operations.
• Track campaign participation and flag performance gaps.
• Monitor store promotions effectiveness and pricing movements.
• Prepare demand forecasts for fulfillment and in-stock rates.
• Monitor chat responses and reviews against SLA targets.
• Escalate issues to internal teams and drive resolution.
