Private Advertiser is seeking a highly organized E‑Commerce Account Manager to oversee brand accounts and ensure daily e‑commerce operations run smoothly. You will coordinate with brand partners, manage reports, and supervise e‑commerce/live selling hosts.

Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided to develop skills in campaigns, deadlines, and performance tracking in a fast‑paced online environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications, E‑Commerce, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain assigned e-commerce brand accounts.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned brand partners.
• Coordinate with brands regarding campaigns, promotions, account requirements, and updates.
• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Monitor account performance, sales, campaigns, and other key metrics.
• Coordinate and manage e-commerce/live selling hosts and their schedules.
• Monitor host performance and ensure smooth execution of live selling activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve account, campaign, and operational concerns.
• Ensure all brand deliverables, reports, and requirements are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to brand partners and management.
• Handle other account management and e-commerce-related tasks as assigned.
