Competenze

• 8–10 years in HR, People Ops, or organizational development.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong experience in workforce management and engagement.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and contractor compliance.
• Experience with data interpretation and performance scorecards.
• Ability to design learning and capability-building programs.
