PM Consulting seeks a People & Culture Development Manager to lead workforce development, organizational effectiveness, and people capability-building initiatives within a high-growth, remote-first organization.
The role focuses on strengthening internal leadership capability, improving workforce discipline and accountability, optimizing HR processes, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. You will drive culture, performance management, and organizational development across teams.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in HR, People Operations, or organizational development.
- At least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and contractor compliance in Philippine context.
- Experience in data interpretation, performance scorecards, and operational analytics.
- Experience in coaching, training, and leadership development.
Responsibilities
- Lead workforce development, organizational effectiveness, and capability-building initiatives.
- Oversee alignment of workforce needs with recruitment and staffing across departments.
- Drive accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
- Design and deliver upskilling programs and leadership development pipelines.
- Improve HR processes and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
