Job summary

First Advantage seeks a Senior Manager People & Culture to act as a strategic partner to leaders and employees across the Philippines. The role drives people strategies that align with business goals, enhances employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and compliance with local employment laws.

You will lead talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives while partnering with global P&C priorities to support growth and transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Eight or more years of progressive Human Resources or People & Culture experience.
• Three or more years in a senior HR Business Partner or People leadership role.
• Experience supporting large-scale operations, customer service, BPO, technology, or shared services environments.
• Strong employee relations and employment law experience within the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic People partner for leaders and employees across the Philippines.
• Deliver people strategies that support business performance, engagement, leadership effectiveness, and compliance with local law.
• Drive talent management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
• Lead complex employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management cases.
• Partner with Legal and business leaders to mitigate people-related risk and ensure policy application.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, and development opportunities.
