Job summary

First Advantage Global operating Centre in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Manager, People & Culture to lead HR strategy for the local business. The role partners with regional and global leaders to drive talent, engagement, and organizational effectiveness in a hybrid work environment.

You will shape workforce planning, leadership development, employee relations, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with local labour laws and company policies across the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Eight or more years of progressive Human Resources or People & Culture experience.
• Three or more years in a senior HR Business Partner or People leadership role.
• Experience supporting large-scale operations, customer service, BPO, technology, or shared services environments.
• Strong employee relations and employment law experience within the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Develop and execute people strategies that support business objectives and workforce plans.
• Employee Relations & Compliance: Lead complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with Philippines labour law and policies.
• Talent & Leadership Development: Support talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Engagement & Culture: Champion culture, engagement data analysis, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Organisational Effectiveness: Lead design changes, workforce planning, and use people metrics for decision making.
• Compensation & Rewards: Collaborate with Total Rewards on merit cycles and market benchmarking.
