- 1–3 years in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development, ideally in fintech, banking, payments, or SaaS.
- Track record of hitting activity and meeting targets.
- Experience with digital finance products and crypto or multi-currency accounts is a plus.
- Must be resilient to rejection and capable of high-volume outreach.
Responsibilities
- Find and research businesses seeking payment solutions or financial services.
- Run daily outbound outreach across LinkedIn, email, and phone.
- Plan and run targeted sales campaigns and track performance.
- Respond to inbound enquiries and convert interest into booked calls.
- Qualify leads on needs, volumes, and timelines.
- Book discovery calls, demos, and partner meetings with the team.
- Support communication with partners and providers.
- Assist with conferences and events outreach and follow-ups.
