Job summary

RevenueCat is seeking a Sales & Operations Specialist for RC Capital, owning the customer lifecycle from discovery to activation and ongoing portfolio health. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, Data, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and GTM Ops on scalable processes.

You’ll apply risk-aware policies, grow a healthy customer base, and drive automation to reduce manual work while maintaining control. This is a hands-on, remote-first, founder-team role with meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a high-ownership, customer-facing commercial or operations role spanning sales, account management, customer success, customer support, or customer operations.
• Track record of moving opportunities through a commercial process with many customer relationships.
• Experience in fintech/payments or risk-aware customer growth environments.
• 1-2 years of marketing or growth experience running campaigns or CRM-driven outreach.
• Strong operational judgment and policy discipline.
• Analytical fluency across CRM, support, and analytics tools.
• Experience improving workflows with automation and AI while managing risk.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, across stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity on a small autonomous team with US-time overlap.

Responsibilities

• Sales and qualification: manage inbound/outbound opportunities, discovery, fit, and decisions.
• Onboarding and activation: lead customers from decision to activation and successful usage.
• Customer support and portfolio ops: act as a point of contact and coordinate resolution.
• Risk-aware execution: apply policies, investigate issues, escalate when needed.
• Lifecycle performance and insight: monitor pipeline, activation, usage, provide data-driven insights.
• Systems, automation, and playbooks: improve CRM, workflows, automation, and AI-backed processes.
• Customer and growth: partner with Marketing on campaigns and demand generation.
