Job summary

Actual Talent is seeking a hands-on Chief Revenue Officer for an all-remote, international role. You will own the revenue growth strategy, identify new channels, and scale profitable partnerships across B2B and consumer touchpoints.

Lead the commercial, affiliate and performance marketing teams, partner with the CEO and board, and drive ROI through data-driven decision making, AI-enabled testing and disciplined budget management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition or growth leadership.
• Senior commercial, revenue or growth leadership experience.
• Strong network of affiliates, publishers, networks or digital partners.
• Proven ability to scale customer acquisition through paid and affiliate channels.
• Strong negotiation and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's commercial and growth strategy.
• Own revenue growth targets and drive profitable, sustainable growth across channels.
• Develop and scale affiliate and strategic partnerships.
• Lead paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, X and other channels.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI and commercial discipline.
